CBD Hemp Oil Outlet can ship to virtually any address in the United States that receives U.S. Postal or Fedex deliveries. Standard ground shipping will be by USPS unless a Fedex option is selected during checkout.
FREE SHIPPING - We offer free shipping to all domestic orders over $79. Shipping fees will be automatically deducted during checkout, as soon as the total amount reaches $79.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but do not guarantee same day shipping. Please understand that some orders MAY take 1 or more business days for processing. If you absolutely are in need of a next day delivery, please make sure you speak with one of our associates.
NOTE: THE SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME IS 12 P.M. CST. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 P.M. CST WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you package is damaged, please contact us immediately.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
